Tomato for Baby

Original recipe from Annabel Karmel's book Top 100 Baby Purees.

Stage 3: 10-12 months


Ingredients:
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1/2 T real unsalted butter
Directions:
  1. Blanch tomatoes and peel skins.
  2. Heat butter in a skillet, saute tomatoes until soft.
  3. Puree.  Mix with cheese and other vegetables such as potato, broccoli, or zucchini.
  4. Freeze or refrigerate extra baby food.
