- chicken: grilled, roasted, slow-cooked, or canned (it's a great alternative to fresh--give it a try)
- pepperoni
- cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, Parmesan)
- BBQ black beans
- greens
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- peppers
- onion
- zucchini
- mushrooms
- olives
- sundried tomatoes (blend them fine for a delicious tomato powder)
- sprouts
- sliced tomatoes
- pineapple
- Canadian bacon
- taco beans
- fresh or dried herbs (basil is a favorite)
Directions:
- Saute or roast your vegetables first for added flavor. Also try blending some vegetables into the sauce (especially for picky eaters). Top pizza and bake according to pizza dough directions.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese.
