Pizza

Pictured: yummy pizza dough, pesto sauce, sauteed mushrooms, onion, and tomato, topped with mozzarella and Parmesan.

Friday night is always pizza night at our house!  We love piling the top with fresh veggies.  Spinach makes a delicious base right on top of the sauce.  Whole wheat works with the crust and gives it a tasty crunch.

Directions:
  1. Saute or roast your vegetables first for added flavor.  Also try blending some vegetables into the sauce (especially for picky eaters).  Top pizza and bake according to pizza dough directions.  
  2. Serve with Parmesan cheese.
  3. Also try crazy pizza bread.
