BBQ Chicken

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Dump chicken and BBQ sauce into slow cooker.  Cook on low 6-8 hours.  
  2. Alternatively, preheat oven to 350.  Place chicken in 9x9 pan, pour BBQ sauce over.  Cover with tinfoil and bake 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through. 
  3. Prepare rice as directed.  Serve BBQ chicken over rice or baked sweet potato, along with a salad or other vegetable side.
