Pictured: bbq chicken with white rice.
Ingredients:
- 2 c (about 1 bottle) BBQ sauce
- 4-6 chicken pieces
- 3 c cooked brown rice
- Dump chicken and BBQ sauce into slow cooker. Cook on low 6-8 hours.
- Alternatively, preheat oven to 350. Place chicken in 9x9 pan, pour BBQ sauce over. Cover with tinfoil and bake 1 hour or until chicken is cooked through.
- Prepare rice as directed. Serve BBQ chicken over rice or baked sweet potato, along with a salad or other vegetable side.
