Pictured: basil pesto on no-fail pizza dough
- 2 c fresh basil, spinach, parsley, OR cilantro leaves (basil for more conventional taste)
- 2 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
- 1/2 c sunflower seeds
- 2/3 c olive oil
- salt to taste
Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Serve with pasta, on pizzas or sandwiches, in a quiche, etc. Freezes well.
