For Family
Ingredients:
- 2 c milk
- 1/4 c oil
- 2 eggs
- 1 1/2 c (1 can) pumpkin purree
- 2 c flour
- 1 t salt
- 1 T pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
- Preheat griddle to medium heat.
- Combine all ingredients but optionals in the order listed in a blender, mix until smooth. Alternatively, whisk dry ingredients, whisk wet ingredients, and add wet to dry.
- Cook as regular pancakes on hot grill.
- Top with cream cheese syrup!
For Baby
Your baby will love these! You can introduce them as soon as you are comfortable introducing wheat (here for more details). Pumpkin is one of the first foods you can introduce, so your baby should already be familiar with it.

Ingredients:
- 1 egg or flax egg
- 1 c pureed pumpkin or butternut or sweet potato puree
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 1 c yogurt, water, or milk or combination
- 2 T oil
- 1 c wheat flour
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1/4 t salt (omit for baby)
- 1 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice OR the following:
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/4 t ground ginger
- 1/8 t allspice
- 1/8 t nutmeg
Directions:
- As above. Serve to baby without toppings. Rip
