Ingredients:
- thin pitas (had been rolled at least 1/8 in thick before baking)
- olive oil to taste
- salt or garlic salt to taste
- opt: garlic powder, onion powder, or other seasonings to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350. Brush pitas with olive oil on each side. Sprinkle with desired seasonings. Cut to desired size.
- Lay in a single layer on cookie sheet. Bake 15-20 min, until golden.
- Serve with hummus, lentil pocket salad, chicken pocket salad, tuna salad, egg salad, taco salad, salsa, etc.
