Original recipe from Food Network.
Ingredients:
- 4 cups fresh chopped tomatoes or tomatillos (2 cans drained)
 - 1/2 finely chopped green pepper or 1 can diced green chilies
 - 1 onion, chopped (preferable red)
 - 1/4 c chopped cilantro
 - 2 cloves garlic, minced or 1/4 t garlic powder
 - 1 minced fresh or dried jalapeno or 1/4 t cayenne pepper
 - 1-2 T lemon juice
 - 1/2 t cumin
 - 1/2 t salt
 
- Mix and enjoy! Serve with taco salad, burrito beans, taco lentils, chips, etc.
