Original recipe from Elisa.
Ingredients:
- 5 1/2 c wheat flour
 - 1/2 c ground flax seed
 - 1/2 tsp baking powder
 - 2 1/2 tsp salt
 - 6 T olive oil
 - 2 c warm water
 
Directions:
- Mix dry ingredients, then add wet. Knead until ball forms, adding flour as necessary. Let stand for 10 min-2 hours.
 - Cut into 12 balls, roll flat. Cook on a med-hot griddle about 2 min per side.
 - Serve with burrito beans, taco lentils, etc.
