Layered Coconut Bars


Original recipe from Eagle Brand.

Ingredients:
  • 1 graham cracker crust 
  • 1 c chocolate chips*
  • 1 c butterscotch chips*
  • 1 c chopped walnuts*
  • 1 c coconut, plus 2T to sprinkle 
  • 1 (14oz) can sweetened condensed milk
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 350. 
  2. In a 9x13 pan, press cookie crust. 
  3. In a small bowl, mix baking chips, walnuts, and coconut. Sprinkle evenly over crust.
  4. Pour sweetened condensed milk over all. Top with remaining 2T coconut. 
  5. Bake 20-25 min, or until just browning.
*These ingredients can be replaced for the same amount of any baking chip, nut, or candy for a new flavor. Try mint chips and candy canes, peanut m&ms and peanuts, red hots and vanilla chips, etc.
