Pictured: graham cracker cookie crust under a mini cheesecake.
Ingredients:
- 1 ½ c crushed cookies (about 24 vanilla wafers, 24 Oreos, 24 gingersnaps, 36 animal crackers, or 10 whole grahams)
- 1/4 c melted butter
Directions:
- Crush cookies and mix with butter. Press into pie plate for pudding pie or cupcake tin for mini cheesecakes.
- Opt: preheat oven to 350 and bake crust for 10 min. This isn't necessary, but helps make the crust a little more solid.
Alternative:
- To make a chocolate cookie crust using plain graham crackers, follow above directions using these ingredients:
- 9 whole graham crackers
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 1/4 c sugar
- 1/4 c melted butter
