Original recipe from Whole New Mom.
Yield: About 9oz or 2 cups. Double this recipe to completely refill an 18oz container.
Ingredients:
- 1 c paprika
- 1/4 c oregano
- 1/4 c cumin
- 1/4 c garlic powder
- 2 T onion powder
- 1 T cayenne pepper
- Blend (a wire whisk or pastry blender work well) and store as regular spices. Use in place of chili powder.
- If using home-grown spice(s), shake or stir with a fork with every use to prevent sticking or hardening.
