Perfect summer dessert or snack. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
- 1 graham cracker pie crust
- 1 can (14oz) crushed pineapple
- 2 c yogurt, plain or vanilla
- opt: 2 T powder sugar
- opt: 1 t vanilla
- opt: coconut flakes
- Prepare cookie pie crust in a 9x9 dish. If baking, cool to room temperature.
- Drain pineapple and mix with yogurt, adding optional sugar and vanilla as needed. Pour over crust.
- Refrigerate or freeze before serving. If frozen, thaw in fridge 1 hour before serving. Top with optional coconut and/or graham cracker crumbs.
