Pineapple Yogurt Crunch

Perfect summer dessert or snack. Enjoy!

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Prepare cookie pie crust in a 9x9 dish. If baking, cool to room temperature.
  2. Drain pineapple and mix with yogurt, adding optional sugar and vanilla as needed. Pour over crust.
  3. Refrigerate or freeze before serving. If frozen, thaw in fridge 1 hour before serving. Top with optional coconut and/or graham cracker crumbs.
