Sesame Broccoli

Original recipe from Food: Home of the Home Cook.

Ingredients:
  • 1 pound steamed or roasted broccoli 
  • 1/2 T grated ginger (or 1/4 t powder)
  • 1 1/2 T soy sauce
  • 1/2 t orange juice concentrate
  • 1 t sesame oil
  • 1 1/2 t toasted sesame seeds (directions to toast under Hummus)
Directions:
  1. In a small bowl, combine ginger, soy sauce, orange juice and sesame oil.
  2. Drizzle over broccoli, sprinkle with toasted seeds.  Goes well with cilantro rice.
