Ingredients:
- 1 pound steamed or roasted broccoli
- 1/2 T grated ginger (or 1/4 t powder)
- 1 1/2 T soy sauce
- 1/2 t orange juice concentrate
- 1 t sesame oil
- 1 1/2 t toasted sesame seeds (directions to toast under Hummus)
- In a small bowl, combine ginger, soy sauce, orange juice and sesame oil.
- Drizzle over broccoli, sprinkle with toasted seeds. Goes well with cilantro rice.
