Ingredients:
- 1 t olive oil
- 1/4 c dry wheat kernels
- salt or sugar to taste
- Heat a small skillet over medium heat. Add oil, then wheat, stirring to coat. Caution: as kernels heat, they may start to hop (like popcorn!) so keep stirring. Cook 5-7 min until golden.
- Sprinkle with salt (or sugar) to taste and eat as popcorn! In fact, try spicing up the flavor with some of these seasoning ideas from Recipe Girl.
