Raspberry Lemonade Cupcakes

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375.  Grease 24 muffin tins or two 9" round cake pans.
  2. Cream butter, sugar, and lemon juice until fluffy.  Beat in eggs and vanilla.  Sift dry ingredients and add to mixture.  Add milk, pour batter into pans.
  3. Bake 20-30 min, until springy to the touch & toothpick inserted comes out clean.  Cool completely before frosting with raspberry or strawberry frosting.
