Ingredients:
- 2 T olive oil
 - ½ onion, chopped
 - 1 zucchini, chopped
 - 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
 - 3/4 cup flour
 - 1 T parsley
 - ½ teaspoon pepper
 - 2 cups milk
 - 4 c broth
 - 2 c cooked wild rice
 
Directions:
- Heat oil in a large saucepan, saute onion and zucchini 5-10 min. Add garlic, saute 1 min.
 - In a med bowl, whisk flour, spices, and milk until smooth. Add to vegetables, simmer 5 min.
 - Add water and rice, bring to a boil. Simmer to desired consistency.
