Caramel Popcorn


Original recipe from Dani.

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Dump popcorn into a bowl.  Carefully pick through popcorn to remove seeds (DON'T SKIP THIS STEP).  
  2. In a small saucepan, heat remaining ingredients except vanilla over medium.  Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and add vanilla.  Pour over popcorn, stirring popcorn as you pour.  For sticky, chewy caramel popcorn, let cool and enjoy.
  3. For crunchy, preheat oven to 200.  Spread popcorn on a cookie sheet.  Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min.  Enjoy!
