Potato Wedges

Sometimes the simplest suppers are best.  Use sweet potatoes for an extra boost! Even the kids prefer these with every seasoning listed. :)

Ingredients:
  • 6-8 potatoes
  • 2 T olive oil
  • 1 t salt
  • opt: 2 t garlic powder
  • opt: 2 t onion powder
  • opt: 2 t chili powder
Directions:
  1. Preheat oven to 375.
  2. Chop potatoes into wedges, transfer to large bowl.  Toss in oil.  
  3. Mix desired seasoning and toss over potatoes.
  4. Bake 30-35 min, turning potatoes once or twice.  Serve with fry sauce and a salad.
