Ginger Cooked Carrots

Ginger Cooked Carrots from About: Southern Food

Yield: 4 servings

Ingredients:
  • 6 carrots, chopped
  • 1 T butter or oil
  • 2 t lemon juice
  • 1/2 t ginger
  • salt and pepper to taste
Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400.  Scatter carrots in a 9x9 casserole dish.
  2. Sprinkle seasoning over all, dot with butter. Bake 1 hour.
