Pictured: basil dressing and fresh-picked collards/kale.
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3/4 c chopped basil
- 1/2 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1/2 c apple cider vinegar
- 1 c olive oil
Directions:
Blend all ingredients well in a blender. Stores for months in refrigerator. Shake well before serving over salad.
