Juicy Pork


Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. Place pork chops in a gallon zip-lock bag with all other ingredients. Mix/shake together. Let marinate 1-8 hours, flipping halfway through.
  2. Preheat oven to high broil. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil, folding up edges to hold in juices. Place pork chops on tin foil, spooning maradade juices  onto each piece. 
  3. Broil five minutes on each side, or until meat thermometer in thickest center reads 145*. Serve with potatoes and salad.
