Ingredients:
- 1/2 c soy sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 lb (1-inch thick) pork chops
Directions:
- Place pork chops in a gallon zip-lock bag with all other ingredients. Mix/shake together. Let marinate 1-8 hours, flipping halfway through.
- Preheat oven to high broil. Line a cookie sheet with tin foil, folding up edges to hold in juices. Place pork chops on tin foil, spooning maradade juices onto each piece.
- Broil five minutes on each side, or until meat thermometer in thickest center reads 145*. Serve with potatoes and salad.
