Ingredients:
- 1/2 recipe pizza dough
- 1 c pizza sauce of choice
- shredded cheese of choice, to taste
- parmesan cheese to taste
- other toppings to taste, such as diced pepperoni, peppers, mushrooms, olives, etc
- Preheat oven to 400. Grease a cookie sheet.
- Roll dough on floured surface to create a cookie sheet-sized rectangle. Spread with sauce, cheeses, and toppings. Roll as for cinnamon rolls.
- Cut into ~20 rolls. Lay on prepared cookie sheet. Let rise 10-15 min.
- Bake 15 min or until cheese is bubbly and roll is golden. Let cool on wire rack and freeze if desired.
