Slightly Sweet Black Bean Hummus
Original recipe from
Food Network
.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c cooked
black beans
, or 1 can
1-2 cloves
garlic, minced
3 T
olive oil
2 T lemon juice
1/2 t cumin
1/2 t apple juice concentrate
1/4 t salt, or to taste
pepper to taste
Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender or processor. Serve with
bread

pitas
, chips, sliced vegetables, etc.
