Slightly Sweet Black Bean Hummus


Original recipe from Food Network.

Ingredients:
  • 1 1/2 c cooked black beans, or 1 can
  • 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 T olive oil
  • 2 T lemon juice
  • 1/2 t cumin
  • 1/2 t apple juice concentrate
  • 1/4 t salt, or to taste
  • pepper to taste
Directions:
  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or processor. Serve with bread, pitas, chips, sliced vegetables, etc.
