Ingredients:
- 1 chocolate cookie pie crust
- 2 blocks (16oz) cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1/4 c whipping cream
- 1/2 t vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 275.
- Pat crust mixture to cover bottom and up sides of dish.
- In a med bowl, beat cream cheese. Add eggs, beat until smooth. Add sugar, peanut butter, cream, and vanilla, beat until smooth.
- Pour filling onto crust. Bake 80 min or until cake's internal temperature reaches 160.
- Let cool, then refrigerate until chilled and firm. Top with optional peanuts, cookie crumbs, melted chocolate, etc.
