Perfect for a hot summer dinner. Little prep, little clean-up, and no heat. :)
Ingredients:
- 1 c cooked black beans (1 can)
 - 3 c corn (2 cans)
 - 3 c diced tomatoes (2 cans)
 - 1 onion, chopped (preferably red or sweet onion)
 - 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
 - 1/4 c lemon juice
 - 1/2 t garlic salt, or more to taste
 - 1/4 t cayenne pepper and/or black pepper
