Pictured: tuna veggie salad with pita chips
Usually we think of tuna sandwiches as tuna, mayo, and bread. If you're going to get a little crazy, you might put pickles in there. We have made the exciting discovery that tuna sandwiches have unlimited potential and can be mixed with a myriad of nutritious foods! Like these:
Ingredients to taste:
- 1 can tuna
 - mayo
 - lemon juice
 - salt/pepper
 - ripped greens
 - chopped pickles
 - chopped tomato
 - chopped apple
 - chopped celery
 - raisins
 
Directions:
Combine any or all ingredients with tuna in a bowl.  Spread onto sandwich bread and serve immediately or butter each side and grill on a skillet.  Alternatively, eat as a dip with pita chips, tortilla chips, or other crackers.
