Ingredients:
- 1 c butter
- 1 1/2 c peanut butter
- 1 c sugar
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 3 c flour
- 1 t baking powder
- 1/2 t salt
- 1 1/2 t baking soda
- Cream butters and sugars. Beat in vanilla and eggs.
- Sift dry ingredients and stir into batter. Refrigerate 1 hour.
- Preheat oven to 325. Roll into 1-inch balls and place on baking sheet. Flatten each ball with a fork, making a criss-cross pattern.* Bake 10 min. Allow to cool on cookie sheet 5 min before transferring to a wire rack.
*Don't forget the flattening step can be done by your two-year-old! :)
