Ingredients:
- 4 c milk
- 4 egg
- 1 t vanilla
- 1/4 c oil
- 3 c flour (white or whole wheat, tho texture will diverge)
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking powder
Directions:
- Blend ingredients in blender. Alternatively, whisk dry ingredients. Beat egg, then beat bean in milk, vanilla, and butter. Whisk wet ingredients into dry, 1 cup at a time till smooth.
- Heat a wide-bottomed frying pan to medium heat, oil, and pour in batter 1/4-1/2 cup at a time, depending on desired thickness (and amount of time you want to dedicate to the stove).
- Roll individual crepes with optional toppings:
- butter
- white sugar
- brown sugar
- powdered sugar
- cinnamon
- applesauce
- freezer jam
- fresh fruit
- cream cheese
- yogurt
- whipped cream
