Ingredients:
- 12 c popped popcorn (2 bags or 1/2 c kernels)
- 1 c brown sugar
- 1/2 c butter
- 1/4 c corn syrup or honey
- 1/4 t soda
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/2 t vanilla
- opt: 1/2 t pumpkin pie spice
Directions:
- Dump popcorn into a bowl. Carefully pick through popcorn to remove seeds (DON'T SKIP THIS STEP).
- In a small saucepan, heat remaining ingredients except vanilla over medium. Bring to a boil, remove from heat, and add vanilla. Pour over popcorn, stirring popcorn as you pour. For sticky, chewy caramel popcorn, let cool and enjoy.
- For crunchy, preheat oven to 200. Spread popcorn on a cookie sheet. Bake 1 hour, stirring every 15 min. Enjoy!
