Protein Oatmeal


 Original recipe from Slender Kitchen.


Ingredients:

  • 1/2 banana, mashed
  • 1 egg, whisked with banana
  • 1 T chia seeds, opt
  • 1/2 t powdered greens, opt
  • 1/2 c oats
  • 1/2 c water
  • sprinkling of salt

Directions:

  1. In a serving bowl, add ingredients in order listed. Mix well.
  2. Microwave 2 minutes and stir.
  3. Microwave 1 minute, stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer if needed.
  4.  Add milk or yogurt if desired.
*Or try other oatmeal toppings.
