Original recipe from Slender Kitchen.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 banana, mashed
- 1 egg, whisked with banana
- 1 T chia seeds, opt
- 1/2 t powdered greens, opt
- 1/2 c oats
- 1/2 c water
- sprinkling of salt
Directions:
- In a serving bowl, add ingredients in order listed. Mix well.
- Microwave 2 minutes and stir.
- Microwave 1 minute, stir. Microwave 30 seconds longer if needed.
- Add milk or yogurt if desired.
