Ingredients:

Ingredients:
- 3 lbs (about 4 large) sweet potatoes, cooked
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 tsp. ground allspice
- 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
- 1 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- Preheat oven to 375. Grease a 9x13 casserole dish.
- Mash sweet potatoes while hot. Add sugar, butter, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg; mix well. In the bowl of an electric mixer, beat in milk and eggs; whip well. Turn into casserole dish.
- Combine flour, sugar, butter until crumbly. Mix in walnuts and cinnamon. Sprinkle over the top of the yams.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes.
