Pictured: tuna pasta with chunky tomato soup.
This quick meal is great for lunch or a laid-back dinner.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 recipe (about 1 1/2 c) tomato soup
- 3/4 c whole wheat rotini pasta
- 1 (5oz) can tuna
- In a small pot, cook pasta as directed.
- Heat soup and tuna to desired temperature.
- Drain pasta and combine. Salt and pepper to taste.
