Egg Drop Soup


Original recipe from family.

Ingredients:
  • 4 c broth
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 t oil
  • 2 stalks green onion, sliced (or 1 T minced onion)
Directions:


Bring water and bouillon to boil, remove from heat. Whip eggs and oil together, pour into broth in a slow stream, stirring slowly. Stir in green onions.  Goes well with lentil biscuits or panini's.
