Original recipe from Canadian Lentils.
Ingredients:
- 2 c cooked lentils
- 1/2 c water
Directions:
- Pour cooked lentils into food processor. Add water and process smooth (2-3 min), adding water as needed. Yield: 3 c lentil puree.
- Sneak lentil puree into anything from pizza/spaghetti sauce, soup/chili, and even baked goods (substituting lentils for 1/2 called-for oil).
