Ingredients:
- 2 c Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cucumber, grated
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 T red wine vinegar/lemon juice
- 1 T olive oil
- 2 T chopped mint
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
- Place the grated cucumber in a sieve or colander; press with fingers to ring out juice. Set aside.
- In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve with pitas or pita chips.
