Ingredients:
- 1 c milk of choice
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 1/4 c sugar or sweetener of choice
- 2 T cocoa powder or 1 c mashed fruit of choice
- 1/4 t vanilla
- 2 t lemon juice (only if adding fruit--omit for chocolate flavor)
Directions:
- Mix together in a pint jar or bowl, wait 5-10 minutes.
- Mix again, then place in fridge 30 minutes or overnight.
- Enjoy!
