Ingredients:
- 1 c milk of choice
- 1/4 c chia seeds
- 1/4 c sugar or sweetener of choice
- 2 T cocoa powder
- 1/4 t vanilla
Directions:
- Mix together in a pint jar or bowl. Place in fridge.
- Stir again after one hour, then let it sit overnight refrigerated.
- Enjoy!
