Chia Pudding


Original recipe from Wellness Mama.

Ingredients:

  • 1 c milk of choice
  • 1/4 c chia seeds
  • 1/4 c sugar or sweetener of choice 
  • 2 T cocoa powder or 1 c mashed fruit of choice
  • 1/4 t vanilla
  • 2 t lemon juice (only if adding fruit--omit for chocolate flavor)

Directions:

  1. Mix together in a pint jar or bowl, wait 5-10 minutes. 
  2. Mix again, then place in fridge 30 minutes or overnight. 
  3. Enjoy!
