Original recipe from Kristine's Kitchen.
Ingredients:
- 6 eggs
- 1 c oats
- 1 c sugar of choice
- 1 c cocoa powder
- 2/3 c dry black beans, cooked (2 cans or ~3 c cooked)
- 1 c yogurt
- 2 t baking powder
- 1 T vanilla
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Grease and flour 9x13 pan.
- Combine all ingredients in blender (in order listed works best), blend until smooth.
- Pour into pan, bake 25-30 min.
- Invert onto a wire rack, and cool 30 minutes. Cut into 24 bars. Freezes well.
