Breakfast Brownies

Original recipe from Kristine's Kitchen.

Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 c oats
  • 1 c sugar of choice
  • 1 c cocoa powder 
  • 2/3 c dry black beans, cooked (2 cans or ~3 c cooked)
  • 1 c yogurt
  • 2 t baking powder
  • 1 T vanilla
Directions: 
  1. Preheat oven to 350. 
  2. Grease and flour 9x13 pan. 
  3. Combine all ingredients in blender (in order listed works best), blend until smooth. 
  4. Pour into pan, bake 25-30 min. 
  5. Invert onto a  wire rack, and cool 30 minutes. Cut into 24 bars. Freezes well.
