A jar of six slices' worth of bread crumbs from our favorite bread recipe.
Bread crumbs are easy to make on your own. This recipe makes 1 cup of bread crumbs.

- ~3 slices stale bread (sourdough is delish here)
- opt 2 1/2 t Italian seasoning
- To stale bread, preheat oven to 350. Place bread slices on a wire rack on a cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes, flip, and bake 10 minutes more. Allow to cool, then break into fourths.
- Place bread and optional seasoning in a food processor or blender. Pulse until crumby. :) Store in an airtight container, or freeze.
