Bread Crumbs

A jar of six slices' worth of bread crumbs from our favorite bread recipe.

Bread crumbs are easy to make on your own. This recipe makes 1 cup of bread crumbs.

Ingredients:
Directions:
  1. To stale bread, preheat oven to 350. Place bread slices on a wire rack on a cookie sheet. Bake 10 minutes, flip, and bake 10 minutes more. Allow to cool, then break into fourths.
  2. Place bread and optional seasoning in a food processor or blender.  Pulse until crumby.  :)  Store in an airtight container, or freeze.
