Slightly Sweet Black Bean Hummus
Original recipe from
Food Network.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 c cooked black beans, or 1 can
- 1-2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 T olive oil
- 2 T lemon juice
- 1/2 t cumin
- 1/2 t apple juice concentrate
- 1/4 t salt, or to taste
- pepper to taste
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients in a blender or processor. Serve with bread, pitas, chips, sliced vegetables, etc.
